Our Yard Sale
July 16th is nearing, if you are planning to participate in our Yard Sale, please stop by or call the office at (727) 868-9324 and let us know. We do have a few tables that can be used, but they are on a first come, first serve basis.

Our cook-out on July 1st was a great success, thanks to all who attended. We had some great food and a good time getting to know each other. Pictures are posted on our Blog and on our Facebook Page.

A Few Reminders…about the Park Rules
Please use the roads for driving, biking and walking, staying off the grass and out of the yards. Please do not use the yards of others as paths to the homes of your friends or to drive around the speed bumps.
A few are still exceeding the Park Speed Limit of 10 MPH, please be mindful of your speed as you drive through the Park.
Outside garbage cans are NOT permitted on your lot. The wildlife in the Park is abundant and the animals see garbage cans as a “fast food” stop leaving their mess behind.
We are working hard to improve Aripeka West, please do your part by obeying the Park Rules.
